On-Demand Lab
The On-Demand Lab is an easy, convenient and affordable way to receive lab tests. You don’t need a doctor’s order or an appointment. Just purchase your test(s) online and walk in to receive your test at your convenience. You’ll receive fast, reliable results in your MyChart account.
Over 60 tests are available. In addition to tests you may want to learn more about or monitor your health, you can also use the On-Demand Lab as a cost-effective alternative to provider ordered lab tests.

Provider Ordered Tests
Appointments are highly recommended to reduce patient wait times. To schedule a lab appointment, please call 402-844-8011. Please bring in your physician’s lab order or have your physician fax it to us at 402-481-0176.
If you need an appointment made for a future date, a representative will call you to make this appointment after an order is received from your provider. We are unable to schedule these appointments until an order is received by the lab.
